Hey, for help with her ticket, my mother went to the Air Algerie Sales Office in Montreal. The staff was polite and patient with her, fully outlining the baggage and ticket change regulations. The lengthy waiting period, however, made the procedure a little annoying. She thought the cancellation fees were excessive, but the staff eventually assisted her with the alterations. She valued their assistance overall, however she would have preferred a quicker service.
