If I can make one small suggestion: in Dashboard>Tools>Force Refresh please consider replacing the wording “Refresh interval” with “Refresh will occur within”. So that, with the specified time, it reads “Refresh will occur within 30 seconds” (or whatever). This avoids an unwanted implication that refreshes will repeatedly occur with a 30 second (or whatever) interval between them.

It is important for me because I want to quit this plugin and it keeps refresh within 30 minutes.
