I noticed that even with the same registrar, domain renewal prices may differ. For example, last year the price of a domain name renewal was cheaper than this year. Shouldn’t the registrar warn about this?

Nobody forces you to use the services of this particular registrar. You can always transfer domain names to another registrar, where everything will suit you. I chose Pananames registrar. The point is that when I was choosing, I was comparing prices. And I liked that the prices here are known 10 years in advance. I think it’s fair and convenient.
