itheme plugin logged me out and I can fix it by phpmyadmin

      When I get a “You have been loggged out because of too many login error”. Normally this error is caused by itheme security plugin.

      Normally I can fix it by login to my phpmyadmin and find the xx_itsec_lockouts table and delet all the content in that table and login again.
